Kool XTC Pro Revision Information
This revision history is to show users what has taken
place with each update. It is only
necessary to install the latest update in order to receive all patches/fixes
listed below.

Revisions to the Advanced AutoPlay functionality.
Improved CD Ripper CDDB access.

All functionality of the "Kool
XTC Toolbox" has been implemented directly into the program.

Most of the functionality of the Kool XTC "ToolBox" is now
contained directly in the program.
Fixed a few minor behind the scenes issues.
v1.5.068 (May 7, 2003)
Buttons for editing DayParts and showing desktop now contain
descriptive text.
Advanced AutoPlay screen will now accept up to 15 genres.
Button available on System Configuration screen for deleting playlist history.
System
Configuration screen now contains an option to designate the number of days
that the program will hold playlist history before automatically deleting.
System Administrator can now designate whether or
not a login is required when the
program is first started.
v1.5.004 (January 24, 2003)
Fixed an "oops". Bpm, Last Played and Times Played info
would not display when a
song was loaded in manual mode. Taken care of.
The
"Xaudio" external controller (not many left out there...) will now flash when
there is less
than 30 seconds remaining in a song.
v1.5.004 (January
22, 2003)
Upgraded buttons on main program window (button upgrade on
other windows will follow
in a later revision.
Removed "AutoFill Waitlist" option when right-clicking while waitlist is displayed.
Kool
XTC Toolbox can now be run from Kool XTC Pro (Toolbox button located in lower
right
portion of the screen). The Toolbox will not load if music is playing.
Corrected an issue where an error message was displayed when a
title was being loaded during
AutoPlay and the Titles database window was empty (trust me).
When inserting a CD for ripping by the Kool CD Tools, a registry
setting should now prevent
any other CD player from opening automatically.
Deleted
titles are now tracked in the Kool XTC database (this enhancement only applies
to sites
administering multiple properties running the same music format).
The Toolbox "Backup Audio Files To CD" option now allows you to
add a text file containing
New Add/DayPart Update/Deleted Titles information to the CD. Once this CD
is loaded by
another property running the same EXACT music format all New Adds, DayPart
changes and
Audio Title deletions will be performed automatically the next time Kool XTC is
started
v1.4.107 (December 25, 2002)
Added the ability to Check/Uncheck all DayParts (right click
when DayPart columns are visible
in Titles Window).
Corrected an issue with a song
disappearing from the Titles Window when a "Delete Title From
Genre" option is run and cancelled.
v1.4.91 (December 23, 2002)
Added the ability to filter songs by DayPart (see new checkbox
above Song Title search window).
Corrected a (really)
annoying issue that unchecked DayPart #4 for the 7th title displayed
in the Titles Window (trust me on this one).
Corrected an issue with the "Kool CD Ripper" that
caused the program to crash if a CD was inserted
before starting the ripper.
v1.4.86 (December 22, 2002)
Corrected issue with "Sequential Selection" of
titles in Advanced AutoPlay Options.
Start and End Play Dates for Advanced AutoPlay has been enabled for
"Sequential Selection" mode.
The Start and End Play Dates can be accessed by expanding the Titles window and
can be found in the two columns following "DayPart 5" (or the
last DayPart displayed). The Start and End Play Dates
only applies to genres coded as being played "Sequentially". In
order to use the "Sequential" Advanced AutoPlay Option, today's date
must fall between the Start and End date set for each title.
Corrected issue with the Numark DMC controller that allowed a
song to be previewed while Kool XTC
was in the "AutoPlay" mode.
To ensure proper performance, the "Verify Titles" utility now runs
automatically at startup following every software update.
