Kool Audio Software recommends that you visit the
Windows Update Page
for your operating system (Win 2K or XP) and download all service packs
and critical updates (with the exception of Windows Media Player) before
installing Kool XTC Pro or Home.
You must set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768
prior to installing any
Kool Audio Software application.
During the installation of either product, error
messages such as
"Run Time Error" or other notices may be displayed by the install program.
Simply click "OK" or "Ignore" (whichever is displayed) and the installation
will continue successfully. These errors will normally not occur if
Windows
Service Packs have been installed.
Upon successful installation of Kool XTC Pro or Kool XTC Home, you will be
required to enter an access code for full use of the program. In the absence
of the access code, each program will operate in a "Demo" mode for 60
minutes at a time and then shut down.
